Service Description
Rest • Reset • Reconnect is a personalised one-to-one mindfulness and nature-based wellbeing experience for adults seeking calm, clarity, and reconnection. Delivered in a peaceful outdoor setting beneath the Cairngorm Mountains, these private sessions are for your own needs. Each session is individually tailored, combining gentle mindfulness practices, guided breathwork, and nature-based reflection to support emotional regulation, stress reduction, and self-awareness. Optional ground-based interactions with calm horses offer a unique, experiential way to explore boundaries, confidence, and non-verbal communication. No riding or previous experience with horses is required. Sessions are thoughtfully paced and trauma-informed, creating a safe and supportive environment where insight can develop naturally. Clients leave feeling more grounded, clearer in mind, and equipped with practical tools they can integrate into everyday life to support ongoing wellbeing. Suitable for individuals experiencing stress, life transitions, burnout, or those simply seeking time for personal reflection, The Stillpoint Session offers a gentle yet meaningful pathway towards balance and resilience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice Period: - If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 1 week’s notice. This allows us time to re-advertise your spot. For recurring retreats, if you prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, we will be happy to accommodate an alternative date that aligns with your schedule. Organiser Cancellations: - If the organisers cancel a retreat, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued within 48 hours of notification. Refunds: - If you provide at least 1 week’s notice and we can fill your spot, you will receive a full refund of the balance paid. Our retreats include a 25% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel and we are unable to fill your space, any additional balances (minus the deposit) will be refunded within 48 hours of confirming your bank details. A £25 administrative fee will apply to the processing of cancellations and related refunds. Emergency Exceptions: - We understand that emergencies can happen. If you believe your situation qualifies as an emergency, please get in touch with us at scotlandsequestrianretreat@gmail.com to discuss potential exceptions.
