Refund Policy

Cancellation Notice Period: -

If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 1 week’s notice. This allows us time to re-advertise your spot. If you prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, we will be happy to accommodate an alternative date that aligns with your schedule.

 

Organiser Cancellations: -

If the organisers cancel a retreat, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued within 48 hours of notification.

 

Refunds: -

If you provide at least 1 week’s notice and we can fill your spot, you will receive a full refund of the balance paid. Our retreats include a 25% non-refundable deposit.

 

If you cancel and we are unable to fill your space, any additional balances (minus the deposit) will be refunded within 48 hours of confirming your bank details. A £25 administrative fee will apply to the processing of cancellations and related refunds.

 

Emergency Exceptions: -

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you believe your situation qualifies as an emergency, please get in touch with us at scotlandsequestrianretreat@gmail.com to discuss potential exceptions.
