Service Description
Mindfulness Pony Grooming & Breathwork Sessions offer a deeply calming experience, combining gentle pony care with guided breathing to support relaxation, presence, and emotional balance. Participants are invited to slow their movements, soften their breath, and tune into the quiet rhythm of the pony, creating a shared space of calm and connection. Guided breathwork is woven throughout the session, helping to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and anchor awareness in the present moment. As participants mindfully groom the pony, they are encouraged to notice sensations, warmth, and subtle responses from the pony — fostering trust, confidence, and a sense of grounding without pressure or expectation. These sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities, require no prior equestrian experience, and offer a nurturing way to reconnect with self, nature, and the gentle wisdom of horses.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice Period: - If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 1 week’s notice. This allows us time to re-advertise your spot. For recurring retreats, if you prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, we will be happy to accommodate an alternative date that aligns with your schedule. Organiser Cancellations: - If the organisers cancel a retreat, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued within 48 hours of notification. Refunds: - If you provide at least 1 week’s notice and we can fill your spot, you will receive a full refund of the balance paid. Our retreats include a 25% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel and we are unable to fill your space, any additional balances (minus the deposit) will be refunded within 48 hours of confirming your bank details. A £25 administrative fee will apply to the processing of cancellations and related refunds. Emergency Exceptions: - We understand that emergencies can happen. If you believe your situation qualifies as an emergency, please get in touch with us at scotlandsequestrianretreat@gmail.com to discuss potential exceptions. Procedure for Cancellation: - To cancel your booking, please email scotlandsequestrianretreat@gmail.com.
