Service Description
Mindfulness Forest Walks invite you to step into the quiet wisdom of the woodland and reconnect with its natural rhythm through guided movement and breath. Led at a gentle pace, these walks incorporate simple, accessible breathwork practices, designed to calm the nervous system, enhance awareness, and encourage a deep sense of grounding. Participants are guided to engage their senses — noticing sound, texture, scent, and light — while learning how conscious breathing can reduce stress, quiet the mind, and restore emotional equilibrium. Set within the tranquil landscape surrounding Scotland’s Equestrian Retreat, these walks offer a restorative experience that supports mental clarity, resilience, and a profound sense of connection to nature.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice Period: - If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 1 week’s notice. This allows us time to re-advertise your spot. For recurring retreats, if you prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, we will be happy to accommodate an alternative date that aligns with your schedule. Organiser Cancellations: - If the organisers cancel a retreat, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued within 48 hours of notification. Refunds: - If you provide at least 1 week’s notice and we can fill your spot, you will receive a full refund of the balance paid. Our retreats include a 25% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel and we are unable to fill your space, any additional balances (minus the deposit) will be refunded within 48 hours of confirming your bank details. A £25 administrative fee will apply to the processing of cancellations and related refunds. Emergency Exceptions: - We understand that emergencies can happen. If you believe your situation qualifies as an emergency, please get in touch with us at scotlandsequestrianretreat@gmail.com to discuss potential exceptions.
